30 for 30 is the attempt of a World Guinness Record . Follow the toughest XTERRA route in the world for 30 consecutive days: XTERRA Italy Lake Scanno . 30 sunrises in which I will swim for 1500 meters, I will cycle for 32 km with 1250 meters in altitude and I will run for almost 11 kilometers with 450 meters in altitude. A long adventure, a challenge with myself among the beautiful landscapes of the Abruzzo National Park, Lake Scanno, the alleys of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy where the Marsican Bear often wanders undisturbed and coexists with the local population.
